Flower Alley daughter tops Magic Millions sale

A stakes winning daughter of Wilgerbosdrift’s inform sire Flower Alley topped Magic Millions 6-9 December Online Sale.
Consigned in foal to dual G1 winner King’s Legacy (Redoute’s Choice), Sky Flower was knocked down for $140 000 to top the recently concluded online auction.

Knocked down to Fernrigg Farm, Sky Flower (Lot 32) was a tough and talented racemare, whose nine lifetime wins included the Listed Latonia Stakes.
Her first foal – a November colt by Better Than Ready will be offered at the Magic Millions National Yearling Sale in 2022.

Sky Flower, who is out of the Sky Mesa mare Sapphire Sky, won or placed in 16 of her 23 starts.

Her G1 Travers Stakes winning sire Flower Alley has been in tremendous form this season, with his daughters Bold Fortune, Perfect Witness and Clafoutis running first, second and fourth in the recent G2 World Sports Betting Ipi Tombe Challenge.

A son of Distorted Humor, Flower Alley is currently fourth on the general sires list.
